About the Class
- One-Day Class: Runs from 8 AM to 2 PM
- What You Get: In-person presentation + ServSafe® Manager Certification exam
- Study Book: Mailed within 5–7 business days after you register*
- Digital Access: Online videos walk you through each chapter, plus self-grading practice tests
*If your class is more than 4 weeks away, your book may be mailed later.
Getting Started
After you register and pay, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link and password to access the online materials. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder!
Language Options
By default, the book, videos, and exam are in English. Need Spanish, Chinese, or Korean? Just email us at foodsafetypa@gmail.com to request another language.
Book or No Book?
We now offer a digital-only option! But if this is your first time, we recommend using the printed book too—it really helps.
About ServSafe®
ServSafe® training uses the latest food safety guidelines, based on the 2017 Food Code with updates through 2022. It’s not just a course—it’s a commitment.
Getting certified is just the first step. Keeping food safe every day is what really counts. This program helps make food safety part of your daily routine—for you, your staff, and your customers.
Are You in Compliance?
Every food facility must have at least one certified food manager on site at all times. Their certificate must be current and from a nationally recognized program, like ServSafe®.
Important Policies
- Need to Reschedule? Let us know at least 7 days ahead. If not, there’s a $75 rescheduling fee.
- Unused fees? You have 6 months to use your class or exam credit.
- Need Accommodations? For language help or learning needs, contact ServSafe directly at least 10 days before your exam.
